1. Acceptance

By using Wittedly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to both the free tier and paid subscriptions.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it. You must be 13 years or older to create an account. Notify us immediately at support@wittedly.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid subscriptions grant access to premium games and features. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Settings page — you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. Requests after 7 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@wittedly.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use automated tools to play or submit scores; attempt to manipulate leaderboards; reverse engineer game mechanics; or use the service in a way that disrupts other users. Violations may result in account termination without refund.

5. Intellectual property

All game content, puzzle designs, software, and trademarks are owned by Lysara Productions. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime, including missed streaks. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

7. Limitation of liability

Wittedly is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Lysara Productions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
